Prelude to the Storm

This is after the first two hours of the storm.  The heavy stuff is a couple of hours away.  Still calling for 12" by the late afternoon, -25 wind chills, and a high tomorrow of -2.  Not your typical St. Louis weather.  Prayers to those who must deal with this storm everywhere and especially those who don't have the comfort of home and family!  To all my fur ends, please do your business quickly and get back in so your human can warm you up with cuddles and treats!

My Grand Pugs are getting prepared!  Daisy and Donald are testing out their snow shoes!

  1. Gampy, all that snow is too much. Thank goodness we aren't getting any of that stuff. Just the cold. We won't be going out for a few days. Here's hoping the pipes don't freeze!

  2. We're sending warm thoughts & wishes! It's 50 here right now and raining, melting all of our snow. But tomorrow we're plunging into the teens-20's for the rest of the week. BRRRR!!!

  3. Riley has Pawz too!! Works well for walks on salted areas, but today we're just using the balcony - much too cold to go out!!! -14 brrrrrrrrrrrrr!

  4. OUr mom has been looking at those little cute boots. So far hers hasn't bought us anything. Stay warm, and safe. Try not to go outside unless you absolutely haf to.

  5. Gosh Gampy- that is just tooo much snow. I know its beautiful-- but now enough has fallen.
We worry about all the animals and humans too.
Do you and Gammy have matching boots to match Donald and Daisys boots?

  6. Just stopped by and saw your new pics and posts!! Stay WARM:)
